JONES DECAPPER UNIT
"The custom products decappping tool is the simplest tool yet devised and is decidedly faster than using a punch and base set.The shellholder is reversible to take either a .378 or .473 case head. They come in many other sizes upon request. The mandrels are also available in all calibers."

Custom Products Micro Measure
The Custom Products Micro Measure is of my own design. It incorporates a reliable micrometer-adjustable brass measuring drum. The measure is 100% machined, meaning no rough casting surfaces, which assures a smooth powder flow. the bottle adaptor/baffle assembly provides the most practical and efficient powder reservoir! You can change from one powder to the next by simply changing bottles.
The measure drum is guaranteed to repeat itself from one predetermined setting to the next, and charges can be varied without checking a powder scale,

Full length sizing die
- The die's sizing insert is custom bored to resize your case to optimum chambering dimensions, eliminating excessive stretching and stress.
- We use one of your fired rounds to determine the correct finished dimensions
- Uniform headspace maintained with our combined sizing/shoulder bump bushing
- .050" of adjustment per revolution of the Micro-Dial. Each engraved increment line equals .00125" (1-1/4 thousand).
- Our Die will not scratch your cases, it Rockwell's out at 60-62

THIS IS THE MOST VERSATILE HAND HELD NECK SIZING DIE AVAILABE TODAY. WHEN USED WITH OUR NECK/SHOULDER BUSHINGS, THE CASE NECK IS SIZED AND THE SHOULDER CAN BE MOVED BACK IN VERY PERCISE, CONTROLLED INCREMENTS. WE RECOMMEND THAT THE DIE BE ADJUSTED TO SIZE THE FULL LENGTH OF THE NECK AND SLIGHTLY BUMP THE SHOULDER EACH TIME THE NECK IS SIZED- STARTING AS SOON AS THE CASE IS FIREFORMED.

OUR BULLET SEATING DIE IS FITTED WITH AN ADJUSTABE CAP AND STEM ASSEMBLY WHICH ALLOWS FAST, SIMPLE, AND ACCURATE ADJUSTMENT TO BULLET SEATING DEPTH. ALSO, OUR BULLET SEATER UTILIZES BUSHINGS TO ALIGN THE FOWARD END (NECK) OF THE CARTRIDGE CASE. THE BUSHINGS ARE AVAILABLE IN INCREMENTS OF .001" MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO "TAILOR" THE SEATER TO CLOSELY FIT YOUR CASES. WE BELIEVE THIS DIE TO BE THE MOST ACCURATE SEATING DIE AVAILABLE TODAY FOR USE IN THE STANDARD 7/8-14 RELOADING PRESS. MAXIMUM ALIGNMENT IS ACHIEVED BY A DIRECT IN-LINE ARRANGEMENT FROM THE NECK OF THE CASE TO THE SEATING PUNCH. THE ADJUSTMENT SCREW IS CALIBRATED AND SEATING DEPTH CAN BE EASILY CHANGED BY AS LITTLE AS .001" AT A TIME.

TO PROVIDE THE ULTIMATE IN USER CONVENIENCE AND PROTECTION OF THE BORE, OUR CLEANING ROD GUIDES ARE MANUFACTURED IN TWO PIECES. THE MAIN BODY OF THE GUIDE IS TURNED TO FIT IN THE ACTION AND THE NOSE OF THE GUIDE IS TURNED TO FIT THE CHAMBER. THE SECOND PART OF THE GUIDE IS A CENTERING BUSHING WHICH IS A CLOSE FIT TO THE ROD ITSELF. THE ROD GUIDE ALSO INCORPORATES AN ADJUSTABLE HANDLE ,WHICH LOCKS INTO THE ACTION TO HOLD THE GUIDE IN PLACE.
